Self-exclusion program overview
Q789 provides a formal framework to support responsible gambling through Time-out (short breaks) and Self-exclusion (extended pauses). This policy applies to all eligible accounts on the Q789 platform. By selecting Time-out or Self-exclusion you acknowledge and agree to the restrictions and procedures described herein during the active period.
Time-out (short-term break)
A Time-out is a temporary restriction that prevents access to Q789 products and disables deposits and withdrawals for a period you select in your Account Profile. The available durations are shown in the Time-out section. You may revoke a Time-out after a 24-hour cooling-off from the initial request. When the chosen period ends, the account is automatically reactivated.

Activation: In Account Profile, choose Time-out, select a duration, and confirm your request.

Effect: During Time-out, you may not gamble, deposit, or withdraw funds.

Revocation: A revocation can be submitted after the 24-hour cooling-off; otherwise, Time-out ends automatically at the conclusion of the period.
Self-exclusion (extended period)
You may request an extended self-exclusion for a period between six months and five years. If you do not specify a period, the default is six months. All self-exclusion requests must be submitted via the official customer-support channel by email. The operator will place the account into a 24-hour cooling-off phase (first stage) during which gambling access is stopped. After the cooling-off, the available self-exclusion durations will be presented for selection. Durations are fixed and there is no variation from pre-selected periods. To proceed, you must respond by email; if no response is received within 24 hours, the account will be reopened and confirmed by email.

Financial protection and personal limits
You may impose financial limits within the My Account area (for example, daily deposit limits, weekly loss limits, or monthly spending caps). If you exceed a maximum self-imposed limit, further actions related to that limit will be restricted. Changes to limits or exclusions require written or electronic notice to the operator, and the operator retains absolute discretion to deny the request. The operator will take reasonable steps to ensure adherence to Self-exclusion and will endeavour to prevent promotional material from reaching excluded players. You acknowledge that attempting to continue gambling through altered registration details or other accounts is prohibited and may be subject to enforcement.
Post-exclusion flow
During any exclusion, the account will be disabled for gambling activity. Deposits and withdrawals will be unavailable. On expiry of the chosen period, the account is automatically reactivated unless you have elected to extend the exclusion. Premature termination or changes require written instruction and will be processed at the operator’s discretion.
Support and safeguarding

The operator does not accept responsibility for actions taken outside the official platform. You should utilize the available Responsible Gambling resources in your region.
Legal and compliance
