Overview
This Bonus Policy governs all bonuses, credits, and free spin offers provided by Q789. It applies to all promotional activities, including Registration Free Spin Promotions, No-Deposit offers, and any deposit bonuses. A Single Account policy applies; bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or users. Activation and use of any bonus are subject to the general Terms and Conditions of Q789.
Eligibility and Activation
Only eligible, registered players may receive and use bonuses. Bonuses may be credited automatically or claimed manually. If a bonus is automatically credited, it will appear under the Claimed section. If a bonus must be claimed manually, it will first appear under Granted, and upon claim it becomes Claimed.
Bonus Types and Promotional Offers
Promotions include Registration Free Spin Promotions and No-Deposit Bonuses designed as a trial period for new customers. These offers are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 99x their value. Other promotions may have distinct terms published in the Promotions section under My Profile; those terms govern the respective offers.
Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements apply to eligible bonuses and are calculated as the stated multiple of the initial bonus value. Winnings derived from bonus play are credited to the bonus balance and remain subject to the same wagering requirements. Upon satisfying the wagering requirements, any remaining bonus balance is converted to cash and added to the cash balance, subject to all promo limits and maximum cash-out rules.
Time Limits and Expiry
Promotional time limits are as follows unless stated otherwise in the Promotion Terms and Conditions:

Unclaimed Registration Free Spins expire within 24 hours of Registration.

Winnings derived from Registration Free Spins expire within 48 hours of Registration.

Unused No-Deposit Bonuses expire after 7 days from credit; Unused No-Deposit Free Spins expire after 24 hours from credit.

Unused Deposit Bonuses expire after 7 days; Unused Free Spins expire after 24 hours from credit.

Maximum Cash Out
Each promotion may specify a Maximum Cash Out (MCO). For example, a promotion may cap cash-out at $/€100. If the calculated cash-out upon completing wagering exceeds the MCO, only the MCO amount is credited to cash, and the excess is forfeited. Some offers may have different MCOs; refer to the Promotion Terms and Conditions in My Profile for the exact figure.
Wagering Contributions by Game
Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type and are defined in the Promotion Terms and Conditions. Unless stated otherwise, typical contribution rates are:

Example: Every $1 wager on Slots contributes $1 toward the wagering requirement, whereas every $1 wager on Video Poker contributes $0.10 toward the requirement.
Bonus Balances, Conversion, and Use
Bonus funds and any resulting winnings are held in the bonus balance and remain subject to the wagering requirements until fulfilled. Upon completion of wagering, the remaining balance is converted to cash. Progressive Jackpot Video Slots may be played only with Cash Balance; no Bonus funds may be used for these games.
Bonus Statuses

Spent — Applies only to free bets; the status changes to Spent when the free bet is fully used.

Forfeiture, Opt-In/Out, and Campaign Management
Upon withdrawal, any active bonus campaigns are forfeited. A player may forfeit a bonus campaign at any time, which forfeits both the bonus balance and any winnings derived from wagering the bonus. A player may disable or enable a bonus campaign at any time; while disabled, wagers do not contribute toward wagering requirements. A player may reorder active bonus campaigns by dragging and dropping to set the preferred usage sequence.
Progressive Jackpots
Progressive Jackpot Video Slots may be played only with Cash Balance. Bonus funds cannot be applied to or progress Progressive Jackpot Video Slots.
Entertainment and Compliance
Promotions are awarded for entertainment and recreational play. Q789 reserves the right to revoke bonuses, withhold withdrawals, or void winnings incurred through abuse, exploitation, or fraudulent activity, as determined in Q789’s sole discretion.
